The Role
The internship was very well organised, with multiple events to meet other interns even though it was virtual. Moreover, the first two weeks of training were also highly interactive and the group work allowed us to meet people from other teams too. The weekly virtual drinks organised by the grad team also make the experience a bit better and again are a good way to meet your fellow interns in a more informal, casual meeting.
Very valued, was given responsibilities from day one too which was very nice.
Throughout the training, we were given calendars and constant ways of getting in touch with the teacher in case we had further questions and needed support. During the working weeks, the whole team was always very approachable. The fact that the team was also relatively small made it easier to get in touch with more senior members too and hear their opinions, advice and answers to any questions you might have. Any feedback was also always constructive.
During the first weeks of training the workload was very manageable. During the working weeks, the workload was not too high (probably due to the summer vacations) but there was definitely enough time to balance work and the internship projects. However the last couple of days were a lot less busy once the project had been presented.
Due to compliance, we weren't allowed to work on live deals from home, however we were involved in a lot of marketing material. Working with a small team also meant more responsibilities from the go which was very much appreciated
Very mucho so, especially the first weeks of training offered by the internship
The Company
Since it was virtual, we didn't get to fully experience the office atmosphere but there seemed to be a lot of complicity between teammates at least virtually.
Very well organised. From the training to the presentation and other meeting everything was properly scheduled and we knew in advance what we were expected to attend and when.
The training was awesome!
Subsidised Canteen

Working from home
We are still waiting to hear back on potential offers.
The Culture
Amongst fellow interns there was a very good atmosphere. Especially during the first weeks of training we all had a lot of fun. Then during the working weeks the atmosphere continued to be pretty good. We still saw each other at least once per week and sometimes between inters of the same team we organised calls to catch up. Although it is more difficult to keep in touch over a virtual background we all managed to do so in general.
Since we were working from home.
N/A.
We had a couple of optional virtual drinks organised by HR as well as a couple of emails inviting us to other optional activities not related to work.
