  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • This opportunity was an amazing experience, I got to understand the design industry in so much depth.

    • All staff were lovely and inviting throughout the placement.

    • Daily catch ups to see where I have got to.

    • As a retail employee for Matalan anyway, a placement within the head office was able to show me the behind the scenes.

    • No plans were in place for me unfortunately, so it was all sorted on the spot.

    • Yes, I was based on ladies wear, but I also got to work with the children'swear design teams.
