The Role
Absolutely enjoyed this programme and would recommend it to anyone with any degree as it gives you a massive learning curve and a deeper insight as to what banking is about and how Citi compare to their competitors.
Citi guided me every step of the way, and helped to broaden my knowledge on the roles and current challenges faced by different divisions within Citi.
The CIF programme is very intense programme and for me it was a perfect balance as it reflects exactly what you would expect when working in such dynamic environments.
working under pressure to meet deadlines, time management, communication skills especially in the form of presentations. Working both individually and as a part of a team and also leading teams.
The Company
A room filled with enthusiastic students and professionals.
Very well organised and structured schedule everything went according to plan.
The Culture
Citi paid for everything.
Citi organised social events outside working hours to network and have a really good time.
Networking with professionals from various divisions within the bank.
