    4/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Everyone was incredibly kind and friednly and actually took the time to speak to us, it actually felt like they had an interest in us.

    5/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • It was very intense, but nothing unmanageable!

    4/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • It was an insight week so there wasn't really much responsibility given, however we did get given a few tasks to complete.

    2/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I definitely learnt a lot from the experience and it really gave me an insight into finance and CITI

    5/5

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • It was a really nice atmosphere. Everyone was enthusiastic and friendly. Definitely a place you could work!

    5/5

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • There was evidently a lot of preparation put into organising the placement and it ran really well.

    5/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • There were always lots of employees there who had taken time out of their day to meet us.

    5/5

  • 10. What were the perks on your work placement?
  • Company Parties/Events

    4/5

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • Quite a few people managed to get fast track status, giving them the chance to go straight to an assessment centre for a summer internship. But I know of nobody who got a straight offer for an internship.

    4/5

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • They set up networking events for example a River Thames Cruise to enable us to all meet each other. Also, a lot of participants were staying in the same hotel so we could meet after work for drinks.

    5/5

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • The cost was high, but most of the socialising we did was funded by Citi.

    5/5

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • Didn't really get chance to experience the nightlife properly because it was an intense schedule.

    3/5

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • As said before, there were networking events.

    5/5
