About You
Found the virtual experience really useful and it gave a great overall insight into what it is like to be a graduate at EY. I found being able to talk one on one with employees the most useful. I did not leave the experience with any more questions. The staff incharge were really well organised and delivered clear presentations.
I felt very "wanted" and the company seemed keen to convince you to join but also being on honest about EY. The staff treated us like equal and I did not feel afraid to ask questions. I felt under the difficult circumstance, the programme did well making sure people were involved and included.
It was a very good experience that was very helpful. I has a few uncertainties prior the experience but left with a clear, honest idea of what it would be like at EY as a graduate. They made me feel very comfortable to ask any questions but also provided lots of information.
I think it gave a clear idea of what an employer looks for and how to manage and prepare yourself for having a career. It taught me the importance of keeping on top of things and being on the ball. The presentations providing clear plans and strategy, in order, to develop as a effective worker.
The Company
I found the majority of the experience well structures. I did feel some of the sessions were weaker than others. However, I appreciate this is down to personal opinion. I enjoyed meeting my Case Study group and it was nice to talk to people in the same position as me. I particularly enjoyed the Buddy Q and A and was the most useful activity of the week. This allowed me to have an honest conversation with the Graduate and get a clear idea of what it entails. The staff incharge were good at keeping to schedule and time.
Good atmosphere and liked seeing how keen and enthusiastic everyone was. This made it more interesting. I would say some talks were abit more serious and less informative but majority of the speakers were keen. I felt despite not being in the same room, all the staff were engaging and made you feel involved.
It was really clear the time and effort the company had put in place to make it as informative and interesting as possible. All sides of the company were shown and really gave a whole view to the company. It was as good as it could be without seeing it for myself.
Very well. The company showed what working there would be like as best as possible. They gave an honest view and gave a good reality to what life at EY is like. All the speakers seemed genuine and authentic which has a positive impact on how the company was presented.
People spoke really fondly of the company and made it seem like a really friendly place to work. This was even obvious through how the speakers engaged with each other.
Very informative, gave clear details in the opportunities that EY has.
