About You
Very much so, particularly the variety of sessions run during the during the week. Covering both skills, health and well being and the culture at EY. Since it was virtual there were some technical difficulties but that is expected.
I will definitely be able to use things such as the time management tools and presentation skills training in the future. However, the service line does not directly relate to my degree.
The Company
Very well structured. It would have been nice to have had some more information on the future days of the programme before the end of the day before.
Very welcoming and engaging.
We were given some training sessions for skills valued at EY. I definitely felt that I was learning valuable skills.
Since it was virtual and only a week, it was a little difficult to understand exactly what it would be like in a full time role but you could tell they did make an effort to give an insight. This was through panels with employees, skills sessions, and a group case study that we worked on each day of the week.
Everything Else
Not so much, I assume because of the virtual nature.
