The Role
I loved the activities they arranged for us, and the networking cruise. Very informational.
Met some lovely people who will be my friends for a long time.
They were really helpful.
Day one was filled with a lot more listening to talks than actual activities which i found a bit tiring, but day 2 and 3 picked up really nicely and I loved it, had the right balance.
I guess we were responsible for ourselves. But we weren't responsible for anything else. But then again it was a 3 day programme.
I learnt how to network with people and that will assist me in a vast number of ways throughout my life!
The Company
It had a good atmosphere I reckon. You don't want a dull office but then again, i won't expect never-ending fun as it is an office.
Very organised!
I think the firm invested a great deal in the attendees of the programme.
Company Parties/Events
I haven't heard back from Citi yet, but I feel I did my best, I'm happy with my performance and I would love to get a summer internship next year!
The Culture
Yes, everyone was so friendly.
It's London, and it's Canary Wharf. Generally the cost of living is high.
I didn't really get involved with the nightlife as we had late hours, but i hear the nightlife is pretty good.
Not really, we worked long hours.
