  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the virtual experience?
  • It has been such an enjoyable experience in the past 4 weeks of the internship. Even though it is virtual , I have got to meet lots of new people and picked up a fair amount of knowledge in Pension.

  • Everyone makes me feel very inclusive and people trust me to do work as well as giving me valuable advice and feedback.

  • Lots of support was given both in terms of client work and learning experience. If you don't know anything, everyone is very welcoming to answer any queries.

  • Definitely valuable for my future career and studies as the area is exactly what I studied and plan to venture further in the future. The skills and knowledge are relevant to my roles.

  • It is virtual but the structure can't have been better. The planned sessions on technical training as well as timetable for projects has allowed maximum learning and collaboration.

  • Great atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and wiling to help.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • In the past 4 weeks, I think there has been about 15 hours of training or even more. It feels like they place great importance and emphasis on training interns and graduates as well. Especially on technical skills.

  • 8. To what extent did the virtual experience help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
  • It conveys greatly about their culture and the people you would have worked with in office as you got the chance to speak to lots of them online. The everyday socials help as well. Also, you get assigned some work which teach you something about the kind of work expected in the office.

  • You got involved in lots of socials and got to talk to lots of people which helps you understand the company culture.

  • Definitely valuable in the way it helps you gain a deeper knowledge of what to expect in a similar career when you graduate. It gives you chances to talk to senior and listen to their career stories.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?
  • Lots of opportunities even though it is more or less restricted by the planned activities/meetings because of the virtual workplace.

  • In my business unit, there is a socials every day and a big one every Fridays which helps with networking and getting to know others in your team.

  • Yes, there is Social event intern worked on that introduces charity work to us as an outside opportunity
