  • Really good placement - good mixture of talks from a variety of sectors of the bank mixed with interactive games and shadowing.

  • Really busy - had a timetable of events for us throughout the day with a good mixture of breaks.

  • Everyone was really friendly and happy to help

  • Kept to a timetable of events and really well organised by the HR team

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • On the last day had a mini assessment centre with a case study and one on one interview. If you did well at this stage you are fast-tracked to final interview stage for the next summer internship.

  • If you do well they do notice you and want to bring you back in.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Lots of socials organised by HR including a pizza networking evening and a dinner boat trip along the river Thames.

  • London - expensive but Citi put you up in a hotel if you need it/pay for your travel expenses.
