The Role
An excellent insight to both Citi's business and the banking industry.
Participants were all enthusiastic in the programme and eager to learn and take part in the activities.
The organisers/management were extremely engaging. The personal touch offered by the organisers/management was top notch.
Great mix of talks, sharing sessions and social activities.
Participants were given activities to perform (eg. games) and were encouraged to be proactive in joining in discussions.
Definitely a great insight to a career prospect that I am interested in.
The Company
Very engaging environment.
Programmes run smoothly from one to another.
From the people who spoke to us to the recruitment team who organised the programme, Citi has provided us with an excellent learning environment.
The Culture
Excellent interaction with the participants (especially during the networking sessions). However, programme could be longer so as to have more time to know each other better.
Generally okay.
