About You
Was organised really well
Our voices. were heard and any queries we had where fully answered as everyone in the company was willing to help us.
We had continued communication with our mentor and managers, at no point did I feel lost within the scheme.
It has developed my time management skills, group working skills and the ability to demonstrate myself in an online platform which given the current climate is highly valuable.
The Company
Very well structured we had the first half to develop core knowledge in hard and soft skills then the rest of the internship to demonstrate them in our group projects.
Very positive, we all wanted to demonstrate ourselves in an online platform so the atmosphere was very positive.
Whatever question I needed answering we would organise sessions to discuss this, providing us in depth knowledge of particular attributes in the company, with the intention that we would continue working for the firm.
It very much demonstrated the team working aspect in this and the need to be able to delegate tasks based on a skillset. The firm really does facilitate personal development also so the same aspect will continue on in full time work.
We learnt about the core foundations of the company, through speaker sessions even delivered by the CEO.
It gave me a thorough understanding of the track I wanted to go into (Technology) and with that it has confirmed what I want to go into.
Everything Else
We could organise talks with whomever in the company which was helpful.
Through projects, speaker sessions and quizzes
