The Role
It was a good internship, well thought out even though it was virtual. Good insight into the company.
Felt valued and like I made an impact.
Great personal development.
Fairly busy. Some days were slow.
Lots. Ran project.
Helped lots in degree studies. Plenty of tech skills.
The Company
Hard to tell, was virtual but seemed very positive.
Very well organised. Minor IT issues but that was to be expected with the virtual set up!
Actually not much personal training in terms of new skills. Would have said I was more enhanced with the skills I had and given good feedback on where to improve.
Working from home
Graduate role seems good, all the grads seem happy there. Haven't been offered anything yet but also haven't been rejected.
The Culture
Seems really social. Had drinks with some other interns a few time. Everyone has good patter.
Worked from home so no idea.
Worked from home no idea.
Worked from home during a pandemic so no idea.
