About You
I absolutely loved it, felt as if I was in the office working with the team side by side.
I felt really valued- people listened to what I had to say and to my ideas. I felt included in the team even if it was a virtual set up.
I did not fear asking any question. People made time for me every day and I felt that I received all the possible support to really complete my project as best as I could.
I have improved my skills and finance knowledge extremely. I feel that this will really help me in career progression in research.
The Company
It was very well structured, I just wish we had one week more for the second part of the project, as I believe that few more days would have allowed me to really dig deeper into researching the industry in the first place.
Fantastic! So supportive and I felt really pushed to achieve whilst receiving a lot of support along the way.
A lot, wherever I felt that I needed more training, I have received it.
A lot, I strongly believe that this is something I would like to do as my career.
A lot, despite the virtual set up. I truly experienced the collaborative culture of Bloomberg.
Very valuable, I worked on a project, that actual analysts often work on.
Everything Else
We had a lot of sessions and whoever I asked to shadow/ have a catch up with, was there for me.
The were multiple opportunities, however it was difficult to find time to attend!
