About You
very pleasant experience, followed by entertaining work to-do by the internship program accompanied by the direct attention of the most professional mentors. I can only highlight one problem during my virtual internship, the first and most important is connectivity with NEXI
From the first moment I knew that within the company there is a strong sentimineto towards professional ethics. My work matters and has an impact on others. During the asigancion of the projects, our evaluators tell us that our work will be used from now on as work material. Personally knowing that your hours of dedication, your enteel in presenting a job well done will then be used by the workers of this company, makes you feel valued
I maintained a pretty strong communication connection with my mentors. They were always behind supporting me at every stage of my internship. I am very grateful for your support, dedication in me. I never felt alone.
Yes, up to a point. I can say that what I learned in this short time in Bloomberg can be reused in my student life. Now, my vision of how financial markets work is much broader than those written in a book
The Company
Despite the sanitary circumstances, Bloomberg was still able to continue with the internship. In that I thank Bloomberg for continuing. During my time I had felt a little lost to see my name in activities I didn't even know I should attend, which made me confused about my role within the company
Again, despite current situation employees, mentors always made the effort to maintain a friendly, fun and dynamic environment. It's not easy. He made my time here pass quickly.
Thanks to this experience, I have been able to know my skills and weaknesses. This is thanks to the continuous observation of my mentors, following an evaluation scheme. Therefore, I can say that the company emphasizes and studies the interns to correct and advise them to be much more efficient and proactive
Thanks to the investments made by Bloomberg in technological development, an efficient remote system was created and with having chatted with different employees within the company I could realize that there is not so much difference between being in the offices or at home
Little. Personally I think that here during the program it could be felt that I lack to see people face to face, attend to activities, get to know the city, among other things. Through the promotional videos I have a basic idea, but not everything
All content shared to us interns is useful. As I said before, I can get an idea of the function of the financial market even though there are not many study blocks in my university in the field
Everything Else
Totally
A little complicated. Really the feeling of doing it virtual instead of going face-to-face makes a big difference
No
To a certain extent, yes, I would recommend it. Especially if my friend hasn't had any previous experience.
