The Role
It was amazing, a pity not being able to do it at the office
Made a lot of good friendships and had lots of fun with my colleagues
One of the good points of the internship is being able to speak to any employee of the firm who will have time for explanations and support for us interns
It was an intense job as I always had to be pending on tasks, assignments and projects although we were never finishing late so it was nice to have part of the afternoon for us
In comparison with colleagues of mine at other companies I am really satisfied with the exposure we have been given to clients and being able to call users on real BBG campaigns. I appreciated being able to work on projects regarding current issues of the company and try to think out of the box for the best solution
The skills I learned vary from soft to hard skills. In terms of hard skills I take out all the training sessions on the Terminal which will for sure be helpful for a career in finance. In terms of soft skills I think the customer focus, confidence and salesmanship will 100% help me whenever I will be speaking to future clients/managers/colleagues
The Company
Not being able to go the office was a pity although Nexi has been a nice alternative
Very well organised in terms of weeks divided by player type and alignment with Sales and Analytics
From the very beginning of the recruitment process until today I felt the company was taking care of the interns and invested time and money in our training
Financial Bonus
Working from home
The company is super nice and the nature of the work is appealing too, would like to see how is it like doing that at the office
The Culture
Yes there was a good atmosphere among colleagues and good friendships were made all along
From home with family
At home it's pretty epic but corona cut if down
Appreciated the efforts made by the organisation to emulate socials but it was of course not the same as being at the office
