The Role
I really enjoyed this experience and I would recommend it to everyone. Even if remotely it has been really an amazing experience where I learnt a lot and I grew a lot personally and in my technical knowledge
a lot, I really felt important and I really felt that my contribution to the company was valuable. my emntors were really paying attention to my actions and to my questions
I received more support than I thought, I was scared in the beginning but instead it turned out to be a lot easier to ask questions or clarifications. everyone was willing to help
schedules were really well planned and organized. I always knew what to do, when and how
I think the right level of responsibility. In the beginning after training, when it came to call the clients for the first time I felt a lot of responsibility
I developed for sure my communication , confidence, public speaking, team work and client relationships
The Company
always positive and supportive
very very organized, all the schedules and the appoiments, the events were carefully planned ahead, so that we never got confused
I think the company is really investing in your development, and you can see it freom the tools it is proving (BU, LinkedIn Learning..) and from the attention the mentors pay to you. they ask you in which you would like to improve, and they propose you opportunities to improve and challenge yourself
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
very very appealing!
