The Role
People in my team and extended team trusted me with most tasks. I wasnt micromanaged, but then again if anything did happen I could return to my manager who would always step in if necessary.
Obviously being the first big job on a corporate basis I wanted to prove myself. I would take on a lot more than requested and always confirmed things were happening as they were meant to. However, this involved over-time which I dont feel should have got the recognition it deserved.
See above comment.
Working on multiple projects at the same time, sometimes got difficult to keep an overview and got very stressful. People never want to hear a no. However, my boss did explain he believes I say yes too often and was aware of this workload.
No one questioned my skills or work. They gave me a task and I went back to them as it was finished. If it took longer they understood and yet stayed supportitive.
Business mind thinking. Some things simply cant be read out from a book.
