The Role
6 - challenging but a great working experience.
9- my new colleagues are amazing members and are always there to support.
4- at early stages of placement lack of support, however december onwards and after furlough most support provided.
10- always busy in te HR department
9/10 -feel like a solid memebr of the tam, your contribution plays a major role in the teams success.
10 - challenges have made me learnnew skills for life for work and personal life.

Positive and stressful- but always felt a team spirit
6- at the beginning not as much support provided for new learners, can always be improved.
Old team made me feel like an addonn, new team made me feel like a valued and respected member of the team.
