About You
Really enjoyed my time at the FCA, learnt so many transferable skills I can apply to the rest of my career
All the work I did I felt was for a purpose and my LM justified the motivation behind what I was doing.
Frequent 121s with my LM who would always direct my efforts and give me great feedback
Definitely! I can use the skills I learnt here in any NLP projects I work on in the future
The Company
Quite well structured, mon-thur I would be working with my business teams and Fridays would be my group project work
Very positive, shame about it being virtual but had a great time
They did quite a bit! Provided weekly Kaplan training and the LM training was invaluable.
I really got a feel for how my team worked even though it was virtual.
Through the team meetings I got to see how my colleagues interacted and got a feel for the company culture.
Everything Else
Was paid the Grad role salary pro-rata.
Definitely! I could ask for a chat with anyone from any division. Everyone was open to talking which was nice.
As good as they could be given the circumstances.
Apart from the odd virtual quiz, I didn't have access to that many extra-curricular activities
Such an invaluable experience and a great place to work!
