  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the virtual experience?
  • Really enjoyed my time at the FCA, learnt so many transferable skills I can apply to the rest of my career

  • All the work I did I felt was for a purpose and my LM justified the motivation behind what I was doing.

  • Frequent 121s with my LM who would always direct my efforts and give me great feedback

  • Definitely! I can use the skills I learnt here in any NLP projects I work on in the future

  • Quite well structured, mon-thur I would be working with my business teams and Fridays would be my group project work

  • Very positive, shame about it being virtual but had a great time

  • They did quite a bit! Provided weekly Kaplan training and the LM training was invaluable.

  • I really got a feel for how my team worked even though it was virtual.

  • Through the team meetings I got to see how my colleagues interacted and got a feel for the company culture.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?
  • Definitely! I could ask for a chat with anyone from any division. Everyone was open to talking which was nice.

  • As good as they could be given the circumstances.

  • Apart from the odd virtual quiz, I didn't have access to that many extra-curricular activities
