The Role
Really enjoyed working onsite and meeting lots of new people from various different educationa backgrounds
From day one I have been involved in a number of projects which have been valued by management
I was surrounded in such a supportive environment when working on my placement and kept my supervisor and management up to date on my work through weekly and bi-weekly meetings.
I was kept busy with daily tasks as well as projects which I had to plan myself and make sure I am on track
Most projects that I worked on I was leading with supervision from management
I am confident that both the skills and knowledge that I have aquired on this placement will help me in my furture career!
The Company
Of course due to Covid-19, the office was somewhat quite with most employees working from home. Nonetheless, the atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly
I was given a project in my first week and talked through the stucture and what aims I should be looking for. This set me up for when I started taking on different projects
PepsiCo wanted me to be involved in a project that used a software that I had never used before so I was put on a 3 day training course so that I could develop reports for data analysis and roll out on the desired project
Flexi Time
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Throughout my time at PepsiCo I was constantly getting valued for the work I was doing. In addition, I was treated like an employee from day one and been apart of meetings with senior management who were able to recognise my work
The Culture
