The Role
The work was very much similar to the interview process: having to figure out how something works and add to it. In that sense, discovering mobile development was fun.
The general welcoming and relaxed atmosphere got instilled into us early on and it was quite enjoyful.
The supervisor was there whenever we had a question. He also made sure to know what we're doing roughly.
I decided to take my time with my tasks to get a thorough understanding of the code so I was quite busy on a daily basis.
I was given a good amount of responsibility but was also never put under pressure.
My trainer made sure to always have update talks in which we discussed about my development, also giving me hints along the way.
