The Role
Great experience. You hold lots of responsibility and get involved with all aspects of the job.
Savills place employee wellbeing at the forefront of the business and look out for everyone.
Unbelievable guidance throughout the whole year. My line manager couldnt have looked out for me anymore.
Jam packed everyday whether it be at my desk or. out the office, you are always busy.
I was treated as a Director throughout the year and carried out tasks i would never imagine a placement student could do.
I developed an immense amount of transferrable skills that will for sure benefit me in the future. E.g. client relationship management, communication on the phone, mind-set etc
The Company
Hardworking, professional but fun and everyone is keen to help and get involved.
Very well organised. I had an APC adviser, frequent CPD sessions and HR were great.
A massive amount. My boss wanted me to perform at my best, so wasn't afraid to tell me when I was wrong. I appreciated this a great deal.

I would love to work at Savills. The grad scheme seems like a great place to start, getting familiar with various departments and how they operate. I would love the opportunity to work abroad for 4 months during the grad scheme as I would like to learn more about other cultures and individuals who work for Savills across the globe.
The Culture
Frequent networking events with graduates and external professionals as well as having team drinks often. This allowed me to form some amazing relationships.
Quite expensive in terms of lunch and general day to day spending, but I lived at home, so cheaper than others renting.
Savills 5 a side football every Wednesday evening.
