The Role
Thoroughly enjoyed the work I carried out with the international department of the FCA
Colleague feedback and advice was extremely helpful, they arranged calls and follow ups where necessary and made an effort to involve me in interesting projects
Excellent support from line manager and the rest of the team, particularly other colleagues who stepped in when my line manager was on annual leave
I was relatively busy on most days with tasks to complete
I was given a decent amount of responsibility, and the ability to follow up on pieces of work I'd started
The Company
Virtual experience
The work and communication within my division was well organised, the internship as a whole was fairly well organised, but there were some uncertainties on starting
Within my division training was very useful, for the internship as a whole it was good
I would enjoy working with the FCA in the future
The Culture
Virtual experience made it more difficult to socialise
