People are great in the company but there is lack of responsibility and meaningful work.
People are very supportive and often express appreciation for my assistance.
My supervisors are really kind and expressed keen interest to help me grow.
There are several days where I have no work at all.
Most works are often administrative than getting involved in the direct running of projects.
I've gained exposure to the running of my department but would appreciate more responsibility and meaningful work.
