About You
Really good experience, lots of support and project with an actual use
Whole team were very helpful, welcoming and supportive
Had one to one coaching with my supervisor throughout, joined the daily check ins with the team, and participated in online courses and HR courses to support professional learning and development
Gained lots of skills in Petroleum Engineering, in the use of technical software and communicating professionally which will be useful for future studies and career
The Company
Very well structured, IT was in place in advance and early careers team was super prepared and communicated throughout - only issue was the Internet problems
Very welcoming, friendly and super informative
Supported the use of online training to progress the use, had ongoing coaching throughout the internship
Really good exposure to the company and petroleum engineering - limit to overall experience was due to virtual structures
Got to witness meetings within wider team and bp community which allowed good experience of company culture
Helped shape my plans for future

had intern socials, met with multiple other teams and graduates
Well organised and tried to encourage team building and socialising despite limitations
Early careers team organised presentations from various 'extra-cirricular' acitivites and communities
Yes, had a fantastic experience this summer and was greatful for the opportunity
