About You
I really enjoyed this experience. It really allowed me to reflect on my career goals and to set the foundation of what I want to achieve in the future
The team was very welcoming. I was reminded time and time again that they appreciated my purpose and my abilities. This really built on my self-confidence. I have left this programme with a stronger sense of ambition because of this.
The team was very supportive. They were available throughout the time of the virtual experience answering my questions .
This was a very informative programme. The information I received was realistic, relevant, and SPECIFIC. It was also backed by the experiences of the team working at the FCA. The team also made sure to assist with resources to help me in the future so that I can carry along what I have learnt into other aspects of my life e.g university studies.
The Company
Extremely well structured. There was a session for each moment of the day and all the sessions we had were relevant and really spoke to me.
There was a very friendly but down-to-earth and REAL atmosphere throughout the whole experience. This was exactly what I needed in order to reflect and think forward onto what I can REALISTICALLY implement into my professional life based on the skills we learnt.
We had senior employees from the organization dedicate their time to come to speak to us. One could easily tell that they had put in a lot of work into preparing their presentations.
I felt that this particular programme was well designed to help us understand the general operations of the FCA. It was more catered to the graduate or intern experience.
The culture of the company was emphasised throughout the entire virtual experience. It was very easy to see that this is a very VALUES based organisation. They really value the integrity and authenticity of an individual. I respect that they were very honest with this from the beginning.
I have picked up some very useful advice that I am sure I will carry for the rest of my life. There is a wealth of knowledge that can be found within the employees at the FCA. The company has done a great job of taking onboard people with such incredible stories and journeys. Very special mention to the HR department that really helped to deliver such useful content!
