About You
I really enjoyed the insight days at the FCA. The presenters were really engaging and I learn quite a lot. I can also add I feel like a whole different person career wise.
Every person was very friendly and approachable. We had a session to communicate about our opinions and ideas.
The organizers of the event were very helpful and supportive. Communication was quite fast via email.
The information given was quite general and believe it is applicable to almost every career sector. I do also feel it wasn't personalized to everyone's field of study.
The Company
The programme was very organized that it actually suprised me. Especially with the pandemic and working from home. I can say the organizers did an excellent job.
Everyone was just nice and I felt very comfortable.
I did learn a lot in the short period of time. Like how to prepare for my career, how to navigate the job market as well as acing interviews. I do feel the time frame for the programme could be increased in the future.
The presenters clearly explained their career journey as well as how they felt working at the FCA. They were very authentic as well.
Since it was virtual. I don't believe I got to learn about the company culture as much as I would have wanted.
I did get an idea of what I wanted to do. Though I feel we were short of time.
Everything Else
The programme was virtual. So we were doing it from our homes.
The team did their best to virtually network with Us. But ofcourse we didn't get to see most employees since we didn't physically attend the programme.
None
We were informed of some activities done outside work such as Volunteering and Findraisings. Though they weren't explained in detail.
Would absolutely reccomend everyone to give it a try. There is so much I have learnt.
