Good virtual learning and understanding of the bank
graduates share their insight into the bank which interns are often given huge responsibilities of their role
lots of Q&A session to clarify our problems
a clearer understanding of structured finance

very well, splited into 3 days, 1st talked about bank's culture, 2nd day about the program and graduate panel, 3rd day went through bank's ethical and next step
energetics and supportive and interactive
have training for interns
very, having analysts and graduate to talk to us
a lot, with concrete examples
not very deep into specific things responsibilities of an analyst but I guess you wouldn't really find out until you're on the job
