The Role
This placement was incredible, you gain an amazing work experience and the company is really supportive. You’re never considered a trainee but a full time associate.
Everyone was really supportive and encouraged me to push myself out of my comfort zone which help my grow a lot. Your mistakes are acceptable and no one is judging you
The 3-months training are really helpful to understand what is expected from you and there’s always someone to answer your questions
Depending on what period it is (Christmas, summer holidays ...) you get busier but in general everything was manageable and you were encouraged not to work overtime.
You can decide which strategies you want to implement to help your business grow
I learnt a lot about myself and I improved a lot of soft skills like communication, relationships but also my hard skills like Excel, how to drive your business...
The Company
A lot of activities were organized all the time to foster team building. At the beginning I didn’t know anyone but at the end of this placement year I can say I’ve made some really good friends thanks to all the activities that were offered (running, charity activity ..)
The organization was solid. You have a 3-months training which is a smooth transition with uni. Then you have support throughout the year with regular catch-ups
They invest a lot in you which makes you feel like you’re more than a placement. You have access to the same training as the grads.
