About You
The working time is more flexible comparing to working at office. I hope to have more face to face talk to people, which would be easier when working at office.
People are very considerate and respectful.
My supervisor spent hours teaching me how to process data.
A great advance in software skill and a great application of knowledge learned in university. The internship laid the foundation for the career in reservoir evaluation.
The Company
The line manager and supervisor helped a lot to make the project well-structured.
People are very friendly, patient, and helpful.
My supervisor spent hours teaching me how to use the industrial software to process data and evaluate reservoir.
In terms of technical work, this virtual experience helps me a lot to understand the engineering role in BP. Though the virtual internship is hard to give one hundred percent experience of office working.
A lot. The company culture is expressed by all BP people who helped me and talked to me.
This virtual internship is the most valuable working experience for me.
Everything Else
Working virtually makes it hard to network with people directly but the early career team has arranged many networking opportunities to help us meet each other virtually.
