Auctions Review

During my time here with the auctions department, I have enjoyed being part of the team, where they have given me many responsibilities and trusted my knowledge, making me feel like a part of the team.

I felt valued throughout my time here, especially as the team members trusted me take calls and speak to Savills customers over the phone.

Everyone here at the office was very helpful with any questions I had during my time here, made everything clear and simple for me to understand

The knowledge I have gained while working here will assist me in the future with my studies as well as my career, as I have gained a lot of info in regards to understanding what goes in within the office and what the team does day-today listing and finding properties to put up for auction, I have gained a strong interest and consider a path in this department

The insight was fairly well structured considering how Covid-19 has limited my time here at the office, however I am still very grateful to be able to come in and have this experience for a week.

Being part of the auctions team, my placement came across the busiest period for the department known as 'print week' the atmosphere here at the office was very fast paced with a lot of phone calls as well as having to do the tasks on hand

I really just had a crash course, however I do not regret it as I got to learn on the job and get better and better as the days went on

It helped me understand the responsibilities every team member has and how everyone's contribution comes together. I believe I have gained a good idea of what it is like to have a full-time role

As I have not been here for long enough I believe I could still learn more about the company culture as I have been focused me towards department tasks

Very helpful as I have been able to grab a glimpse of the daily tasks here at the department which I have enjoyed doing very much.

I have been reimbursed for my travel and food expenses

Within my own department I have met the whole team and got to known all of them working, I believe I have make good friendships with other employees here

Did not have any social events due to covid, however networking and socializing with my team was very nice.

Yes, speaking with employees I have found out their hobbies outside work, their interests such as football or golf and also been able to get to know them better as a person

Yes certainly would, as my time here has taught me a lot.
