About You
I enjoyed very much the virtual experience because, notwithstanding the difficulties of the period, Citi was able to deliver a very interesting program. Main points were: Training for interns, involvement in activities and social virtual events, communication of the Culture of the firm
I felt valued by my supervisors/the people I work with continuously during the internship. Their feedback was very important to me in order to get the best out of the experience. I think I was valued under different points of view: attitude, knowledge, ability to learn, ability to create relations with others
The guidance was great! I received very much support from the team and it was very important, given the virtual nature of the internship. i was assigned a junior and a senior buddy from my team as well as another junior Buddy from another team. This made me feel comfortable in asking questions. I also had the occasion to talk with other seniors, ask for their opinions and experience.
I think that the skills acquired could assist me in future jobs
The Company
The virtual experience was well structured. I had lot of trainings with juniors and seniors both from my team and other related teams. this helped me to understand very well what each team does and to enlarge my view
The general atmosphere was great. People in my team were very nice, available and happy to share some useful tips. This is one go the things I appreciated the most about the Internship
I think that it was one of citi's main goals and they absolutely succeeded in communicating the company culture
Everything Else
yes. I had the opportunity to participate to some social virtual events and also to meet people arranging video calls
