About You
I have enjoyed my time but equally I would be lying if I said it has been everything I had hoped for. Although I've been set plenty of work to keep me occupied, I don't feel my team have been overly interested in integrating me on a personal level. Additionally, there has been little to no formal opportunity to meet the others on the summer scheme. I of course recognize that in that with social distancing measures this is more difficult, but nevertheless socializing events of some description could have been arranged and it's a great shame not to have got to know other interns better.
I have been treated well but I don't feel I have been especially valued beyond being an extra body to help with mundane tasks.
The Company
I feel I have had a very representative snapshot of what working here permanently would be like.
