Summer Scheme - Building and project consultancy Review

A great week, the team kept me busy with a range of works to carry out.

I was involved in all aspects of the work being carried out by the rest of the team.

My mentor was helpful and made sure I understood what was expected of me each day. If I was unsure of what to do he provided good support.

I learnt of practical skills which were not covered in depth at university.

Very well structured, I always had work to do.

The team was great and there was a positive atmosphere for the week.

I was guided on how to use technologies I was unfamiliar with when needed.

I got significant insight into what it is like to work day-to-day within the company.

Being in the office and out on site helped me understand the company culture greatly.

I am motivated to pursue this avenue of work for my career.

Due to the current climate it was not possible to socialise to the extent that you would normally expect, nonetheless I was introduced to all teams in the office.
