The Role
I really enjoyed my placement at Croudace. The employees are all very friendly, and the company itself is a fantastic one to work for and develop at.
I felt very valued by my colleagues, and was treated the same as any other colleague. I felt the company ethos of being a family, as the company is still family owned.
My managers were extremely supportive, and helped me develop during my time at Croudace.
I was regularly busy, but never felt overly stressed. I felt that if I had any issues with my workload, I could ask for help on how to deal with it.
I would say I was given lots of responsibility, primarily within recruitment.
The skills I developed will benefit my degree and career massively. As I hope to pursue a career in Human Resources.
The Company
Covid made things very quiet. However everyone was very friendly when they were in the office.
Very well organised, as I could say what skills or aspects of HR I wanted to develop/work in.
I was given the opportunity to shadow some training that was hugely beneficial.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
I would say the company usually take on previous undergraduates.
The Culture
Very much so! I was very friendly with graduates, undergraduates and also the new undergraduates/graduates who started near the end of my time at Croudace. As well as this, the social scene with staff all overly the company was very good.
The area is fairly expensive to live in but socialising wasn’t the most expensive. So I would say fairly average.
In the area I worked, it wasn’t the best. However living closer to london, in areas like epsom it was great
Due to covid this was difficult, however there were a few events organised that had to be postponed.
