The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my placement. I was given lots of responsibility. Although the experience was hindered through the pandemic, Accenture did a brilliant job of adapting to a new way of work and I felt supported throughout.
Very well valued. I felt like my opinions and ideas were valued and I was always encourage to put forward my ideas and contribute where possible. Regular feedback from colleagues which helped my self development.
We had regular feedback sessions. Both informal and formal and the support and guidance allowed me to complete the work that was required of me.
When I was on a project, I was very busy daily, however when moving to the bench during the pandemic I was less busy.
Lots of responsibility that was more than adequate for an intern.
The skills I developed through this role will help me to a high degree when completing my studies and the training I received will be invaluable in supporting me in my studies and beyond.
