The Role
Although it was delivered virtually, this internship was really enjoyable and insightful
People are really helpful and supportive, even I'm an intern, they are willing to help me and answer any question I have
The seniors are so willing to answer questions, and help us reach out to other resources we want
The whole internship was quite intense, and we are able to take most of this experience. We were given so many opportunities to learn and develop our skillsets
Because of COVID-19, this internship was delivered virtually, and we were not given too much responsibility, but DB has tried best to ensure we have enough opportunities to take responsibility, which is really great.
We were given so many opportunities to talk with different colleagues and senior managers among different teams. They've introduced so many their own experiences and tips for our career development, which was a great treasure.
The Company
Really helpful, supportive and happy
The whole schedule was really intense and offered us so many opportunities to develop ourselves
We've been offered so many opportunities to learn from our colleagues, senior managers and third-party trainers.
I'm happy to take the return offer, and I really enjoy work with them during the internship.
The Culture
It's a pity that we cannot meet face-to-face, but we were offered so many chance to talk with other peers virtually via Skype
One of the best things for virtual internship was the low cost
