About You
It was a very interesting and insightful programme which offered great educational and practical experiences through workshops, networking events and lectures
Due to the digital nature of the programme (due to COVID-19) it was a less personal but nonetheless intense experience
Learning materials, workshops, videos and lectures were provided and are still accessible after the programme
Technical skills such as modelling, corporate finance and valuation are helpful for finance courses. Knowledge about the banking sector and investment banking operations are valuable for Amy business related subjects
The Company
A schedule was sent beforehand and every day was well structured with constant support and feedback opportunities
Albeit the programme being remote we connected well over zoom and other digital communication platforms and spoke to different participants and employees
It provided great workshops and other resources
It provided insights into different divisions but there was few personal contact
Through Speeches and presentations the bank communicated its values and unique culture well
I understood how my interests can lead me to a career in investment banking and what skills and strengths are needed
Everything Else
Travel and accommodation would have been reimbursed
Yes but only digital
There were a few opportunities to speak personally to employees and ask personal questions
Yes, the bank introduced a few voluntary activities and teamwork events
Yes definitely. It is a very interesting, rewarding and insightful experiencing which introduces the bank, it’s practices and future career path
