About You
The program was interesting and everyone was very nice. Unfortunately, everything had to be online in 2020 and I think that really took away from the overall experience.
We got the chance to speak to people from all kinds of backgrounds/positions from interns to managing directors. Everyone was super happy to talk to us and answer any questions.
I had some technical issues with installing the necessary software on my personal computer. The tech support team was located in an entirely different time zone and wasn’t very helpful overall. Otherwise, everything was good.
There was a cyber security portion and software engineering portion of the program. Both were very interesting. It was also really cool to learn about different jobs you can do in IT.
The Company
You could tell a lot of planning went into making this program work as well as it did.
Since the insight was virtual, I didn’t really experience a lot of the ‘atmosphere’
The program only took a week so obviously not much.
I would love to get a full time job at J.P. Morgan once I’m out of university!
They did a good job at organizing sessions with people from different backgrounds in the company.
I decided I really want to work at an investment bank.
Everything Else
They offered to cover my food expenses which was nice.
Since the session was online, there were not many opportunities to network with other people.
No, there weren’t.
I don’t think any of the employees that talked to us mentioned their activities outside of work.
Yes, I would definitely recommend the program to a friend.
