Investment Banking Spring Insight Review

I absolutely loved taking part in the J.P. Morgan's 2020 Investment Banking Spring Insight Programme. I really enjoyed being able to get so many great insights into the firm's different divisions and learn more about what each role entails.

I felt really valued during my time at the company. Whenever I had a question I would always get an answer, and everyone was more than happy to help. I am very satisfied with my experience at the firm.

The guidance/support that I received during the insight was impeccable. I always received exhaustive information explaining what the next activities would involve and I could always reach out to the team to ask questions.

I believe that all the skills that I have had the chance to acquire during the insight will definitely assist me in my degree studies and beyond. I am extremely excited to pursue a career in finance and having learned so much about the field, thanks to the insight, is an invaluable opportunity.

The insight was extremely well structured. It involved more specific sessions as well as networking ones, which I found to be very useful. Every event was planned extremely well and I was always given notice of what to expect next, so that I could be prepared and ask questions.

The general atmosphere during the insight was extremely enjoyable.

I believe that the company truly invested in each intern, not only in terms of time, but also in terms of the resources that were made available to all of us during the insight.

Having had the chance to complete the insight provided me with a much broader knowledge of what it would be like to have a full time role with the firm. Thanks to the insight I have had the chance to learn more about the firm culture and values, which has definitely been an invaluable experience. Talking to employees I have had the chance to learn more about the company's values of inclusion, diversity and philanthropy.

There were plenty of opportunities for networking and talking to employees and ask them questions. Another great thing about the insight is the fact that whenever there was not enough time to answer someone's questions, the team would make sure to reply via email.

The networking/social event opportunities were extremely inclusive and the atmosphere was extremely enjoyable.

I would definitely recommend this insight to all of my friends.
