The Role
Found a great firm with a unique and inclusive corporate culture. People are passionate about their job and they are capable to share such passion with others.
A lot. I always felt I could ask any question and share any view with them
Very supportive, provided help when needed and always ready to answer my questions and find some time to go through their day to day activities.
Pretty busy as I tried to spend as much time as I could with the team members and I also had plenty of events throughout the day.
I was given three projects at the beginning of the internship and I had to learn how to manage time effectively in order to deliver each of them in time. Together with this, I was working on desk-specific daily tasks, which has given me a great sense of what the day to day activities look like.
The skills I developed will always assist me and the experience has been incredibly insightful. I learnt what it means to be passionate about your job, to work hard to achieve a goal, to be respectful of others and to learn from mistakes.
The Company
Did a virtual internship but still enjoyed a great atmosphere. The team was incredibly supportive and they made me feel as I was already part of the team.
Well organised if we consider all the difficulties related to the experience being virtual. All the softwares were working properly so overall it was a positive experience.
A lot, we had 2 weeks of training prior to joining the desk. It was useful as we all had different backgrounds and levels.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Got a job with them and cannot wait to be back!
The Culture
We didn’t have many opportunities to meet and socialise due to the internship being virtual. We still managed to get to know each other but it was not as fun as if it was in person.
Did it virtually from Italy.
Did it virtually from Italy.
