The Role
A challenging and insightful taste of a career in Markets. While changed to a virtual format, HR and Management made the experience fantastic.
HR were very friendly and helpful. Manager and Team also played a massive role in my development and offering a unique and insightful program.
Daily feedback sessions with manager. Weekly catch up with teams and multiple 1:1s with senior management across all divisions.
Extremely busy. From morning call, to teach ins, to masterclass sessions and project work.
Responsibility was limited due to Covid and virtual format, but we were given full autonomy with our work and our ideas.
Internship provides valuable insight into the industry, key skillset and sector knowledge.
The Company
Hard to judge to virtual format, but everyone was very welcoming.
Fantastic. HR and program heads adapted fully in such a short period. Multiple activities, events, speakers, project work and networking.
Top of the line software training from Excel to Bloomberg. As well as personal masterclass sessions.
Working from home
Very appealing. Lots of opportunity within the role and even future mobility if desired.
The Culture
Virtual format limited this, but everyone was welcoming and HR put on numerous events.
Very cheap due to virtual format.
Limited due to virtual format.
While virtual, numerous events were put on after work for interns.
