The Role
It was a very enjoyable week.
My colleagues were very friendly and made an effort to get to know me, even taking me out for lunch on my last day.
My supervisor was very supportive, and took the time to answer every question that I had.
There were occasions when I felt I had too much/too little work, but in general it was the perfect balance.
Some of the tasks I was given afforded great responsibility - which was very rewarding.
The skills that I learnt both in my department (Real Estate) and in the training we received were invaluable.
The Company
Everyone was very friendly and there was a great atmosphere.
The placement was incredibly well organised.
The training that we received on the first day was fantastic. I felt that the firm saw us as future employees rather than work experience candidates.
Subsidised Canteen
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
I would love to work with this firm.
The Culture
Given that scheme was only a week long, we did not have that much time to socialise after work aside from the organised events (2 - they were very good fun), but we would try to see each other for lunch if possible.
Central London is very expensive.
The plus side to working in central London - lots of pubs.
I am sure that there were many opportunities but there wasn't much time to deviate from work over the course of a week!
