About You
I enjoyed it a lot because it was all online so I did it all from the comfort of my home. It was well organised and kept me interested throughout. It gave me a real insight of what it’s really like to work for the company and I found it very helpful and useful. Everything was easily accessible, which made it really straight forward to use and to follow the experience without actually being there.
I think that the virtual experience made me feel valued in the sense that it was made to reach and interest a wide audience. Although I wasn’t actually there, I felt very included in the experience as everything was explained well and done step by step which made it easy to follow and made me feel part of the company and really valued as an individual. I thought it was organised well in order to interest many different people.
I felt very supported during most of my time doing the virtual experience as I felt as though I could ask any questions as they’d be answered and I’d receive the right guidance accordingly. I think there could’ve been more time for questions and queries just to make sure that everything was answered but I’m sure I could ask any questions or queries that I have over email and I’m positive that they’d be willing to answer and help me.
The information that I received will help me in making decisions in the future. It has also helped me to understand what I’d enjoy doing and what I wouldn’t. I believe that the skills that I’ve developed will assist me in many positions, including jobs in the future as I have not only developed new skills but also improved on skills that I previously had already. I think this is very valuable and will help me a lot in the future.
The Company
The structure was very well organised as everything was easy to follow, which made it really straight forward to use. It was structured so that all different people are able to attend and easily use it without any problems or difficulty. It was very modern, but not too demanding or difficult at the same time which was really good. It wasn’t complicated or confusing at all and if I needed help with anything, I always felt supported.
The general atmosphere was very positive. I felt included and valued and I really enjoyed being a part of it. I would recommend this to others because it really gives you a great insight into the company and helps you to not only develop skills but also figure out what it is you actually enjoy, which helps you to understand a bit more about yourself as well. It was overall a great atmosphere and very inspiring.
The virtual experience helped me to understand the company’s culture by helping me to get a real insight into what it’s like to work for it. I was able to understand and see that the company has a very positive atmosphere and is full of people that take great interest in helping and supporting you in every way that they can. I really felt as though everyone within the company was like a big community, which would be a nice work environment.
The content was valuable in helping me to decide on my future career path because it helped me to understand myself a little bit more and understand what I enjoy and would like to do, and what instead isn’t for me. It also helped me to understand that I’d like to work in a place that values their workers and helps them to develop new skills as well as improve their abilities and current skills.
Everything Else
Yes, I found out a bit more about some of the activities that the employees are able to get themselves involved in outside of their work, including charity events and fundraisers, which are both things that I’d love to be able to take part in and help doing and organising. I think that it is great that the employees are able to do things like this, as it is really something valuable and that the company should be proud of.
I would absolutely recommend this virtual experience to a friend as I found it very interesting and informative. It helped me to understand and also learn a lot about both the company and about my future ambitions and aspirations. I found the virtual experience very inspiring and motivating as it also helped me to build skills such as listening and communication skills. I felt supported and guided throughout the experience and I never get confused or not valued.
