The Company
The initial training was well structured and we had fixed meeting with HRs, mentors and buddies which helped me a lot
Professional but familiar at the same time
They developed a tailored program for interns so they invested a lot on us. I have personally noticed that I have been continuously assisted by HRs from the internship offer to the end of my experience.
five weeks is a short period but at the same time it is sufficient to understand the characteristics of the work and how it would be in a full time role. My team completely involved me so I had quite a good idea about the role
100%. it has been fundamental to understand R&Co culture from inside
100%. I decided that this is my dream job
