    • The initial training was well structured and we had fixed meeting with HRs, mentors and buddies which helped me a lot

    • Professional but familiar at the same time

    • They developed a tailored program for interns so they invested a lot on us. I have personally noticed that I have been continuously assisted by HRs from the internship offer to the end of my experience.

    • five weeks is a short period but at the same time it is sufficient to understand the characteristics of the work and how it would be in a full time role. My team completely involved me so I had quite a good idea about the role

    • 100%. it has been fundamental to understand R&Co culture from inside

    • Unfortunately it was an online experience, but I had the chance to network a lot organising some quick catch up calls
