About You
It was good to get more of an idea of what each division involves and also get the chance to ask questions after each lecture.
I felt that we were valued.
We were given lots of time to ask questions after each lecture and at the end of the day. We were encouraged to contact the presenters if we needed more information.
By getting an insight to what each division involves this will help allow me to decide what scheme I want to apply for in the future and more of an idea of what pathway I would like to follow.
The Company
We were given the itinerary before the day of what was to follow. This is included what will be spoken about and by whom. This also allowed up to think of questions we may want to ask before hand. As it was a full day online we were also given coffee breaks and a lunch breaks to balance out the day.
The atmosphere was as good as it could have been given that the experience was online.
As this week was shortened from a one week to a one day virtual experience there wasn't much time for personal training, however we were guided on how to use different tools the company offer and where to find relevant information that could help our personal development
We got to hear from people of all levels and from different departments. This ranged from graduates to associates. We also got to hear from HR and was introduced to who would be supporting us in our full time role which was comforting.
We were shown a range of clubs and activities that we could get involved in from charity work to sport events.
We were shown cases studies to help give an idea of what each department works on and also how each department work together as a team. Seeing the structure of each departments helped decide what path I would like to choose.
Everything Else
As this was online there was no travelling needed.
