The Role
Considering the circumstances it was a great experience and very worthwhile!
Everyone was so nice and welcoming. All my questions were answered without hesitation
My supervisor was available whenever I needed and I could contact anyone I felt I needed to easily.
Some days it felt a bit hectic but we were given free spots to catch up so it was a relatively even balance.
I couldn't properly work on real projects but many projects were explained to me in great detail
The programming skills we learnt are helping me develop my final year project
The Company
We could not go to actual offices but everyone I talked to were really nice
The slots were well organised and if there were any issues people were available to confirm. There was some disorganisation with the peer to peer networking but that was mostly due to conflicting schedules of individuals
We were given access to a great range of resources
Financial Bonus
Working from home
I cannot wait to complete a graduate programme with the firm
The Culture
As much as was possible given the online nature
Na
Na
There were plenty of societies and volunteering oppoetunities available
