About You
Very informative with a range of people speaking. Very welcoming, so I was happy to speak when in the group. Breakout rooms made it more personal and made it easier to ask questions.
Many people on the virtual experience, however the breakout rooms made it easy to talk to people & the case study was a good ice breaker when talking to others and hearing others opinions. When in the breakout rooms with employees, they were very informative and welcoming.
A lot of information was thrown at us, so whilst it was very informative, there wasn't really any guidance. It was more about what MUFG stand for and their visions, rather than aid in the actual process of applying for schemes.
The information I received will definitely assist me in my degree studies as I am looking for a placement year & this has really encouraged me to take up a career in banking. I wouldn't necessarily say that I've developed a significant about of skills.
The Company
Bits where people were running behind and was rushed, yet overall very good.
Quite inviting, still very intimidating when on the main page, yet overall I felt quite at ease with the people.
Not sure.
Very specific on the types of jobs and helped in the day to day life of what people do. Highlighted the opportunities available for employees.
Very much so, definite emphasis on the culture of the company and their vision of inclusivity and diversity.
Very valuable, makes me want to pursue a career in banking.
Everything Else
Virtual online insight day - no need to be paid.
Yes, very much so. Met graduates, current people on the scheme, those who were managers, those who had finished the scheme. A range of levels.
Welcoming.
Not really.
