The Role
Really enjoyed it. Very insightful and helpful. Exactly what i wanted it to be.
Really suprised. Meet up with some senior employees whos seemed to be really interested in us and what we had to say.
Very supportive. Any problems or quieries were adressed and had no issue mentioning them.
Very busy, almost too busy... Had a lot of very intense presentations that were quite involving.
The work shadowing was really useful and one of the best experiences about the whole programme, but had no responsibility.
The networking was extremely useful, it gave an opportunity to talk to senior staff helping my confidence. Networking also allowed us to see what actually happened on a day to day level.
The Company
Really friendly staff, and excellent people all around. Had a great time.
Extremely. Was not a moment where i was bored or felt like it was unecessary.
Seemed like a lot of effort had gone into making the event be as good as possible. Ran very smoothly.
Company Parties/Events
Hopefully a lot higher now, presentation about assesment centre set up was really useful.
The Culture
To begin with was very slow and not much interaction. But picked up as we got to know each other better.
Average.
Didnt experience it
Didnt have the time as was only a 2 day event.
