About You
I really enjoyed this experience. It was clear that everyone from Dentons who attended genuinely cared about providing value for participants. I ended the session feeling that I had gained a good insight into the firm and that I had built on key skills, such as negotiation.
I felt very valued. Everyone from Dentons made an effort to answer all questions and provide meaningful feedback.
I would say I received a good amount of guidance and support. For example, on the negotiation exercise, the trainee who coached our team gave insightful tips and feedback.
To a very significant extent. I only wished that we had time to do another workshop, however, the commercial negotiation workshop that we did do was extremely helpful for my development.
The Company
The event was meticulously planned and each topic within the event was structured in a timely manner.
It felt relaxed and welcoming.
To a significant extent, given that Dentons took the time to help build our key skills.
To a significant extent. I received an in-depth overview of the firm, its clients and culture, and I now have a better understanding of what it would be like to work at Dentons.
I left the event feeling that I had a good overview of Dentons' culture, which is one that revolves around diversity and inclusion.
Quite valuable. It has strengthened my interest in commercial law and in Dentons specifically.
Everything Else
They were good, as there were relatively few attendees yet quite a few people from Dentons.
It was not a social event, however, there were good networking opportunities.
I would absolutely recommend this experience.
